ShiftWire is an Early Access service. Features, coverage, sources, and availability may change, and the service may contain errors or incomplete information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.

ShiftWire provides operational and security change intelligence for informational purposes. It is not legal, compliance, security, or professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying information and making your own operational, security, and compliance decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade safeguards, introduce malicious code, or use ShiftWire in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
ShiftWire and its original product, design, software, and analysis are owned by ShiftWire or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the service for its intended internal informational purpose during Early Access.

Disclaimers and limitation

We may update the service or these terms as Early Access develops. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
