We collect information you intentionally provide, including your email address when you join Early Access or separately subscribe to The Daily Shift. Joining Early Access does not subscribe you to The Daily Shift.

We may collect basic product and usage analytics to understand how ShiftWire is used. If you submit a usefulness response on a Shift, we store that response with a privacy-conscious server-side hash of a random first-party reader token. The token helps prevent duplicate responses without attaching your email address to feedback.

We use this information to operate and improve ShiftWire, manage Early Access, deliver requested subscriptions and transactional messages, measure product performance, protect the service, and respond to questions. Reasonable operational and security logs may be created as part of running the service.

We use an email delivery provider to send signup confirmations, transactional messages, and The Daily Shift to subscribers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect ShiftWire and its users.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including operating the service, maintaining appropriate records, and meeting legal obligations. The Daily Shift includes an unsubscribe option. You may contact us with privacy questions or requests.
